Most home inspections take 2-4 hours depending on the size, age, and complexity of the property. Larger homes, very old homes or those with additional features like detached structures or extensive systems may require additional time for thorough inspection. Because every home is unique and I do NOT rush through the process, I have many times found myself 5 hours in because of my desire to give you a meticulous report that is comprehensive and actually useful not only during the home buying process, but can be used almost like a homeowner's guide for years after.

Absolutely! You are encouraged to walk through the property with me. This provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the home's systems, ask questions, and understand any findings firsthand, in real-time as we discover them. It's also a great time to learn basic maintenance tips. This is going to be your future home, so if you are trusting/paying me to learn I 100% want you to attend, if desired.

My rates for Home Inspections are based on the value that I provide. While my rates are competitive, I may be one of the higher priced Home Inspection Companies in the area and believe my Inspection Report and Online Reviews speak as to why.
