Meet Noah
As the owner, founder and sole inspector of Legacy Home Inspections, I provide unparalleled, thorough home inspections to ensure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your property. Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining a home, my detailed reports with over 150 photos/videos and detailed descriptions/recommendations will give you real peace of mind. (Be sure to check out a sample report HERE)
I'm certified by AHIT/InterNACHI, grew up on a dairy farm and worked with an excellent contractor originally who mentored me for years before I became an inspector. I am committed to YOUR experience and adhere to the highest industry standards. Also, due to my age, physical condition and commitment level I will inspect every system and component of your home that is accessible, from the foundation to the roof. Respectfully, many other home inspectors in this area are getting older and simply don't (or can't) climb onto roofs, squeeze through attic panels and spaces or fit into tight areas, etc. and while they technically can write "not accessible" in your report according to the WI state standards, wouldn't you prefer those areas get checked out? I have been given prior reports from homes that I have inspected and I am dismayed at the difference in detail that some inspection companies provide while charging you money.
I realize the significance of your investment. My goal is to approach each home as if I am inspecting it for my own family and help you make confident and informed decisions without the stress! When you reach out, please ask me anything about my process- no smoke and mirrors here.

I Educate You
I’ll show you how everything works, how to maintain it and how to save energy! The condition of your home can impact your health, so I make it a priority to check for anything that might affect your living environment.
Maintaining your home means taking simple, proactive steps to avoid bigger problems down the road. I will give you maintenance tips and ways to save on energy costs (like HVAC and insulation) to help you keep things running efficiently. If you are buying the home, I like having you present during the inspection so we can discuss the findings in real time, and what it will be like to own the home. Getting your questions answered removes the stress from the home-buying process, and brings clarity when making such a massive decision about your future!
